happy place
is with food and drink. I have, however,
resisted.
So,
here’s the results from today’s weigh-in.
I started out this challenge at 26 stone (165.3kg / 364lb)with a BMI of
42.05 and a Body Fat percentage of 37.7%.
Today I weighed-in at 21st and 4lb (135.4kg / 298lbs) with a BMI of 36.7
and a Body Fat percentage of 32.5%, so that’s a loss of 66lb or 29.9kgs, plus a
reduction in my BMI of 5.35
and Body Fat is down 5.2%. Whilst it certainly hasn’t been easy and this
sounds like a lot of weight, I am still technically obese and have a long way
to go to fall into a much healthier range, but I do feel that knowing 5 stone
is possible in 8 months, what’s to stop me doing the same in the next year?
